Product. Packaging. Process. Following the dictates of its "Eco friendly" vision, Grisport has designed its first "green" sneaker. Called "Eco 3P," they’re part of the "CITY" line and they can be used in any sphere of everyday life. As for the "first" P (product), recycled and eco-friendly materials were used in the construction of the shoe on: part of the outer upper, inner lining, lace-up, inner insole and sole insert. The packaging ("second" P) is 100% recycled and recyclable with a patented self-assembling system to decrease bulk.
Tutto questo, in numeri, si traduce con ben 400 camion in meno sulle strade e, di conseguenza, molte meno emissioni di CO2. L’ultima P, quella di processo, fa riferimento a quello utilizzato da Grisport. La sede, che si trova a Castelcucco, in provincia di Treviso, può contare infatti su un impianto fotovoltaico di 840.000 Kw/h, su un sistema di raccolta differenziata, gestione delle risorse idriche, certificazione dei fornitori e materiali eco-compatibili.
Also under the banner of sustainability are employee behavior and projects in the beautiful area where the company is based. Maximum care in recycling within departments, use of paper limited as much as possible in all production departments, and tableware made of recycled material for internal use.
